Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please note that E-tickets can take 72 Hours or longer to be processed however we aim to have it sent to you within 48 Hours to your departure. Booking Conditions: 1. The price is subject to availability, in some cases, an alternative airline and date will be offered. 2. You can secure the flights by paying a non-refundable deposit. Where deposits are taken this only guarantees the seat. And in rare cases NOT any tax increase and fare increase. The deposits are not Refundable. Your fare is ONLY guaranteed once you make the full payment. 3. Please check with the concerned embassy regarding VISA requirements. 4. It is mandatory that you reconfirm your flights directly with the Airline 24 hours prior to your departure for any changes. 5: Your tickets will be issued Electronically and we will email you the Electronic Tickets only when full payment has been received. Due to the high volume of bookings in December tickets can take slightly longer, (Maximum 7-10 working days) but we guarantee to have your ticket confirmed 48 hours prior to your departure. 6: These flights are Non-changeable and Non-refundable. If you want to make changes to your booking after confirmation, please do so directly with the airline.
Deposit Payment: If you choose to pay a deposit only, the remaining amount will be advised to you at the time of booking, which will include the payment ‘due date’. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by your due date will result in LondontolagosLTD notifying your travel provider, which will result in cancellation fees set out to you in your booking agreement.
Super Low Deposits: Occasionally, accommodation bookings and holiday flight bookings can be secured with a super low deposit – the deposit amount will be stated to you at the time of your booking. Depending on the type of arrangements you choose, a second deposit may be payable – the due date for the second deposit will be clearly set out for you at the time of the booking and will automatically be taken from the card used to make the first deposit payment.If you decide to cancel your booking before the second deposit has been taken, the remaining balance will still be due to Londontolagosltd and will be payable immediately.
Flights Deposit:If you have chosen a charter flight you will be asked to pay their standard deposit amount, which ranges from £150 to the full amount, and will be displayed when you check flight availability. Where applicable, the remaining balance on these flights is due 28 days after making the booking. Occasionally, holiday flight bookings can be secured with a super low deposit – the deposit amount will be stated to you at the time of your booking. Depending on the type of arrangements you choose, a second deposit may be payable – the due date for the final deposit will be clearly set out for you at the time of the booking and will automatically be taken from the card used to make the first deposit payment.If you decide to cancel your booking before the second deposit has been taken, the remaining balance will still be due to LondontolagosLTD and will be payable immediately.
We have checked this against our records but should you have any queries please contact us immediately, the same day of reservation (within our working hours) as we will be unable to make any changes the following day. Particular attention should be paid to the spelling of names, as these must be as printed in the passports of those travelling. If you require any further travel facilities, such as hotel accommodation , car hire , car parking, football / City tour tickets , please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be only too happy to arrange these for you. Please check that all passports are valid, if they expire within 6 months of your return travel date please contact us to confirm their validity. Children under 16 years of age must be shown either on a valid parental passport or on their own passport. Any person over 16 years of age require their own passport. You are responsible for checking all travel documents and L2L Travel and Tours does not take any responsibility for denied boarding due to invalid documents security delays, overbooked flights and health restrictions. Please check with your GP for any recommended inoculations. Should you need to cancel or change your holiday we must be advised in writing as charges levied over and above the deposit may apply depending on the tour operator and / or airline policies and terms and conditions. In addition we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for any changes to your booking should this be applicable. Once the ticket is issued it is completely non refundable and non changeable, However in the event of cancellation please let us know to process your booking for airport tax refund only (Fuel Surcharge and all US taxes are non-refundable) .
